JobBOSS² QuickView 4.016

This application provides read-only access for JobBOSS² users, allowing them to retrieve essential information without requiring a dedicated seat license. Users of the app can conveniently retrieve details on customers, parts, and Data Collection information from anywhere.

Customer Inquiry:

• Users can view general customer information, contacts, open and closed orders, quotes, shipments, and returns/reworks.

Part Inquiry:

• Access information and images of parts, including details on stock availability, reserved items, items in processing, ready-to-ship inventory, and items requiring purchase.
• Obtain vendor information, previous purchasing history, routing steps, shipments, vendor pricing, vendor returns, RFQs (Request for Quotation), order history, and customer pricing.

Data Collection:

• View real-time information on who is currently assigned to a job and details about the specific job in progress.
